That guilt, that wound, or that pain may not be a mental problem; it could be a spiritual stronghold. Living as a Christian is difficult in our world, but it's even more difficult to live as a Christian during a time of persecution. In this episode of Power for Living, we discover that times of persecution bring amazing results. We see God's power at work. We see miracles, conversions, and even revivals. Most of all, when we rely on the Lord's power during trials and persecution, we experience the beauty of the Lord's presence in our lives.

We all like love stories, especially the ones with 'fairy tale endings.' In those stories, the handsome prince saves the day, sweeps up the woman, and puts her on his white horse. Then together, the two ride off into the sunset to live happily ever after. Well, the church is the greatest love story of all time. The Prince of Peace, Jesus, will one day return on His white horse, sweep-up His bride the church, and take His bride to His kingdom where we will live happily ever after. In this episode of Power for Living, we discover from Revelation 2:1-7 why Jesus was heartbroken over the church in Ephesus.
